Reaching as far as the stars, You have not really journeyed at all.
Life does not begin with the body, Nor the journey measured with time
Or distance travelled, As one may misunderstand.
It begins the day you close your eyes, Relaxed in both body and mind,
Visualising the shining sun within. That is the true beginning of life’s journey,
Whose end is the ultimate destination, Of abounding eternal happiness.

To not think at all,

to not do something is not against the law,
is not immoral and does not go against any ancient tradition.
It does not go against the beliefs of any religion.
Simply close your eyes and do nothing.
